The Old School
You'll rest your head in carefully reconstructed pension at Hlavatce, former school building from year 1799. Pension offers comfort accommodation with facilities at each room for about 44 attendees. You can pick between two, three or four bed bedrooms. There's also a kitchen, a conference room with an LCD TV and our improvised screening room inside the pension. On the outside, enclosed court is also at your disposal as well as, if required, the large neighbouring grassland.
Rooms are located on the ground and second floor of the building, whereas kitchen, bar, conference and screening room are locared on the first floor.
Three rooms on the ground floor are also equipped with small kitchens with microwaves and fridges, but due to a need of storing meals for the whole con, those will be used to store food for others.
All rooms on the ground floor have their own facilities. Rooms on the second floor have shared facilities in the hallway on the same floor.
After receiving the confirmation email about payment, you'll be granted access to the room selection.
Sponsors will have the possibility of prior room selecting 7 days in advance.
If you enter the room in the room selection alone (besides the single-bed room), a countdown of 96 hours will start. Until the countdown ends, you need to find yourself a roommate, or else the system will vacate you from the room. Room selection possible: Sponsors from 24.9.2023 0:01 AM, Others from 2.10.2023 0:01 AM.
Ground floor (Own sanitary facilities)
- Room 1: Apartment with kitchenette, 5 beds
- Room 2 - 3: Apartment with kitchenette, 4 beds
- Room 4 - 7: Double rooms
Second floor (shared sanitary facilities)
3x WC and shower in separate rooms. Possibility to also use the male and female toilets on the ground floor.
- Room 8: Quadruple room
- Room 9: Triple room
- Room 11: Double room, walk-through room 12
- Room 12: Quadruple room, walk-through with room 11
- Room 13: Ten beds
How to get here
By car, using the provided GPS coordinates. Parking is available in front of the pension and neighboring parking sites near the building itself. Driving into the yard is forbidden!

By train: From Prague to Soběslav, where from, there'll be a free shuttle* aviable to take you from the station to the consite itself.
By Bus: Bus station Hlavatce is located 100m from the pension.
* More information about the shuttle will be in the registration email after selecting Shuttle option in registrations menu.
